Product and project inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, AERTRIVA collects the contact and project details you enter: your name, email, optional company, destination, selected product, configuration, quantity and message.

These details are stored to review your request and respond about products or project requirements. Submission records also include a reference number and submission time. An email notification helps our team follow up. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, product views, quotation-link clicks, contact-link clicks and successful inquiry submissions on aertriva.com. Analytics may also include browser, device, approximate location and referral information.

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits. We load its analytics script only after you allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

Our analytics events do not include your name, email, company, inquiry message, selected configuration or inquiry reference. Page addresses sent by our tracking code exclude query strings and URL fragments. Email and WhatsApp clicks measure an action, not whether a conversation took place.

You can decline analytics and still browse products, submit an inquiry or contact us. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Declining after previously allowing analytics stops future collection and removes the site's Google Analytics cookies; the page then reloads.

When analytics is enabled, your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may cause the choice to appear again. Learn how Google handles information in its privacy policy.

Access and corrections

To request a correction or deletion of your inquiry, submit a general inquiry with your inquiry reference and the email address used for the original request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

Please provide only the business contact and project information needed for a quotation. The inquiry form does not require payment card details, identification documents or account passwords.
